Mississippi Model Jury Instructions (2012)
In 2012 the Mississippi Model Jury Instructions Commission submitted its Mississippi Model Jury Instructions to the Supreme Court of Mississippi. Below are links to these model jury instructions which are the product of the Commission members’ comprehensive research, study, drafting, and revision over almost four years. However, these model jury instructions have not been adopted or approved by the Supreme Court of Mississippi.
